In this workshop we will explore how you can bring deeper passion and creativity to all areas of your life from food, to movement, to sex and well beyond into artistic expression and personal transformation. Then the workshop will merge over to Gary Albert who will lead you through The Music Alchemy Matrix, a live set of spontaneous, heart-centred, improvised music designed to create a space for deeper, fuller more truthful self-expression, healing and transformation.
